A home based start-up catering company launched during the COVID Lockdowns, serving Halal Food across Greater Manchester, with 0 sales and no presence on social media

With a minimum budget (the business owner had no income), the initial target was £200 profit a week (between £400 and £450 sales per week)
Price analysis and setting, registering the business and achieving a full 5 out of 5 FSA food hygiene rating, creation of all marketing materials, advertising, business development and price negotiation, leaving the business owner to focus fully on cooking
I was able to achieve the target within the first 2 months and established enough repeat custom as well as new customers to provide stability of income for the foreseeable future
We are now discussing moving fully into event catering and already have successfully catered for several large events and parties.
